Cell Phone Policy

Can I bring my cell phone to school?

Students may bring a cell phone to school with parental permission. However, cell phones, smart watches, and AirPods must be turned off and stored in a backpack upon arrival, not in a pocket. They should remain out of sight until you are off-campus. Use of these devices is not allowed on school property. You are responsible for your own device; the school is not liable for any loss or damage.

Repeated violations will result in consequences such as confiscation, ATS, and/or loss of phone privileges.

Consequences for Violations:

1st Offense: Warning; phone returned after 3:20 pm with a signed contract.

2nd Offense: Warning; parent must pick up the phone and sign the contract.

3rd Offense: Phone picked up by parent; detention/Saturday School assigned; phone privileges suspended for two weeks (phone must be turned in and out with the principal daily).

4th Offense: Phone picked up by parent; detention/Saturday School assigned; phone privileges suspended for four weeks (phone must be turned in and out with the principal daily).
